利用激光点火法测定了TC4合金和Ti Cr V Al合金的阻燃性能 ,用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、X射线能谱等方法分析了激光点火后两种合金烧蚀坑的表面形貌和成分分布。Ti Cr V Al合金的阻燃性能明显优于TC4合金。在Ti Cr V Al合金烧蚀坑中心区域 ,铬和钒的含量远低于基体 ,表明铬和钒的燃烧产物大量以气相形式逸出 ,与阻燃机理理论分析结果一致。
The flame retardancy of TC4 alloy and Ti Cr V Al alloy was measured by laser ignition method. The surface morphology and composition of the two kinds of alloy ablation pits after laser ignition were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray energy spectrum distributed. Ti Cr V Al alloy flame retardancy was significantly better than the TC4 alloy. The content of chromium and vanadium in the central area of the ablation pit of Ti Cr V Al alloy is much lower than that of the matrix, indicating that a large amount of the products of combustion of chromium and vanadium escape in the gas phase, consistent with the theoretical analysis of the flame retardant mechanism.
