临空经济区作为新型的经济模式,对机场及周边区域经济发展发挥着巨大的集聚和扩散效应。随着京津冀协同发展战略的实施,京津冀区域承载吸附资源要素聚集的作用日益凸显。文章通过分析国内外临空经济区周边环境和北京、天津、河北等地的临空产业格局,认为发展临空产业集群不仅是京津冀区域抢占经济发展战略高地的首要选择,也是促进京津冀经济协同互动发展的重要途径。应该统一规划,协调联动;认准定位,主攻优势;坚持市场调节和政府引导相结合,推进京津冀临空产业集群发展。
As a new economic model, Airport Economic Zone plays a huge agglomeration and diffusion effect on the economic development of the airport and its surrounding areas. With the implementation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy, the role of agglomeration of adsorptive resource elements in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has become increasingly prominent. By analyzing the domestic and international environment of the Pioneer Economic Zone and the airport industry pattern in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the article believes that the development of the PAG industrial cluster is not only the first choice for seizing the strategic economic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, but also the promotion of Beijing- Economic and synergistic interaction between the development of an important way. Should be unified planning, coordination and linkage; looking for positioning, the main advantage; adhere to market regulation and government guidance combined to promote Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei airport industry cluster development.
