水可与尼龙1010的酰胺基团以氢键的形式相互作用,对尼龙1010有一定的润滑性。水作为润滑剂经济方便,又有降温作用,且许多抗摩部件是在水的环境中工作的,所以研究水润滑条件下各种复合材料的摩擦磨损性能,具有很大的实际意义和理论价值。本工作系统地研究在水润滑条件下负荷、纤维含量以及对摩件表面的光洁度对纤维增强尼龙1010复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响,并且用扫描电镜观察摩擦样品的表面形态,初步探讨其摩擦磨损机理。
Water can interact with the amide groups of nylon 1010 in the form of hydrogen bonds, giving some lubricity to nylon 1010. Water as a lubricant is economical and has a cooling effect, and many anti-friction parts work in a water environment. Therefore, it is of great practical significance and theoretical value to study the friction and wear properties of various composite materials under water-lubricated conditions . In this work, the effects of load, fiber content and surface finish on the friction and wear properties of fiber-reinforced nylon 1010 composites under water lubrication were studied systematically.
