当前中国家庭服务业的突出问题更多集中在供给侧,主要变现为家政服务中介机构与家庭服务员整体服务质量和水平不高,服务不规范、信誉缺乏,服务纠纷时有发生,服务质量亟待规范和提高。有些家庭服务员缺乏良好的职业心态、职业道德和沟通能力,与雇主互不相容、互不满意。部分中介机构招聘家政服务员较为随意,不经培训直接上岗等种种乱象。大多数家政企业没有建立家政服务员持续性的、经常化的培训机制,导致从业人员技能低、服务差、服务纠纷不断,甚至出现盗窃或损坏财物的情况。
