目的:测定不同白芍炮制品中矿质元素的含量,并评价不同炮制品质量。方法:采用ICP-OES法测定不同白芍炮制品中矿质元素含量,用SPSS主成分分析法对炮制品进行定量定性综合评价。结果:除去宏量元素K、Ca、Na和Mg,Al、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn、Sr等微量元素在炮制品中含量丰富。由主成分分析发现,选择5个因子(F1,F2,F3,F4,F5)即可以对白芍炮制品进行综合评价,综合评价函数为F=0.328 87F1+0.322 99 F2+0.161 98 F3+0.118 37 F4+0.067 79 F5。各炮制品的综合得分在-4.703~2.172之间,其中药典方法清炒得分最高,樟帮煨制其次,得分最低的是樟帮薄片。结论:主成分分析法是矿质元素在白芍炮制品质量评价中应用的有效分析方法。
Objective: To determine the content of mineral elements in different white peony root products and to evaluate the quality of different processed products. Methods: ICP-OES method was used to determine the content of mineral elements in different white peony root products. SPSS principal component analysis was used to quantitatively and qualitatively evaluate the processed products. Results: The trace elements such as K, Ca, Na and Mg, Al, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn and Sr were removed in processed products. According to the principal component analysis, five factors (F1, F2, F3, F4 and F5) were selected to make a comprehensive evaluation of the white peony root products. The comprehensive evaluation function was F = 0.328 87F1 + 0.322 99 F2 + 0.161 98 F3 + 0.118 37 F4 + 0.067 79 F5. The comprehensive scores of the processed products ranged from -4.703 to 2.172, among which the pharmacopoeia method had the highest score of scouring, the second was the camphor simmering, and the second was the lowest score of the camphor thin slices. Conclusion: The principal component analysis is an effective method to analyze mineral elements in the quality evaluation of white peony root products.
