为了准确地检测发动机皮带的张紧力,对进口发动机皮带张力规和新型数显皮带张力检测仪进行了对比分析,指出进口张力规的不足。重点介绍了自行研制的新型数显张力仪的结构和测试原理。该检测仪通过其机械部分对被检发动机皮带施加一定的拉力,并由传感器和数显装置将皮带的位移量(挠度)转换成相应的力值显示出来,从而达到同步显示张力值和位移值的目的,并可根据使用要求进行反复标定。
