目的:应用近红外光谱法(NIRS)对六味地黄丸中丹皮酚的含量进行快速测定。方法:采集不同厂家不同批号六味地黄丸样品的近红外光谱图,以HPLC测定值为参考,结合偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立丹皮酚定量校正模型。结果:经内部交叉验证,所建模型的相关系数(R2)为0.952 1,内部交叉验证均方差(RMSECV)为0.020 93;经外部验证集样品验证,该模型的预测均方差(RMSEP)为0.099 74,平均回收率为100.38%。结论:该预测模型准确可靠,可用于六味地黄丸中丹皮酚含量的检测,实现大批量样品的快速分析。
Objective: To determine the content of paeonol in Liuwei Dihuang Pill by near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS). Methods: Near-infrared spectra of samples of different batches of Liuweidihuang Pills from different manufacturers were collected. The quantitative analysis model of paeonol was established by using PLS as reference. Results: The internal correlation coefficient (R2) of the model was 0.952 1 and the RMSECV was 0.020 93. The RMSEP of the model was 0.099 74, the average recovery rate of 100.38%. Conclusion: The predictive model is accurate and reliable and can be used to detect the content of paeonol in Liuwei Dihuang Pills and achieve rapid analysis of large quantities of samples.
