用琼脂糖白细胞趋化实验法研究不同浓度的氧氟沙星、丹参酮Ⅱa及氢化可的松体外对人白细胞游走的影响。结果显示,3种药物体外对人白细胞的趋化游走均有明显的抑制作用,其抑制作用呈明显的剂量依赖性,并具有很好的直线相关性。其IC50丹参酮Ⅱa为0.46μg/ml,氧氟沙星为0.63μg/ml,氢化可的松为46.52μg/ml,表明体外抑制作用丹参酮Ⅱa最强,氢化可的松最弱。
The effect of different concentrations of ofloxacin, tanshinone Ⅱ a and hydrocortisone on leukocyte migration in vitro was studied by agarose leukocyte chemotaxis assay. The results showed that all the three drugs inhibited the chemotactic migration of human leukocytes in vitro, and the inhibitory effects were significantly dose-dependent and had a good linear correlation. The IC50 of tanshinoneⅡa was 0.46μg / ml, ofloxacin of 0.63μg / ml, hydrocortisone was 46.52μg / ml, indicating that in vitro inhibition of tanshinone Ⅱa strongest, hydrocortisone weakest.
