As an emerging way to connect production and sales, convention and exhibition plays an important role in the exchange of information, commodities and technologies, and is also valued by all countries. Exhibition economy has broad prospects for development, is an important mode of development in the market economy. Zhejiang developed commodity economy, in which small cities can use MICE to accelerate the pace of economic development. Therefore, this article takes exhibition economy as the core, first analyzes the advantage that small and medium-sized cities in Zhejiang Province have in developing exhibition economy, and then discusses how to develop exhibition economy in small and medium-sized cities.
