新书通报是图书馆为读者服务的一个途径,随着数字图书馆的不断发展其功能也在发生着变化,但在笔者浏览国内各大公共图书馆网站过程中却发现种种缺陷。本文结合工作实际,从多方面论述了保证“新书通报”时效性的方法。
The new book bulletin is a way for the library to serve the readers. With the continuous development of the digital library, its functions are also changing. However, the author found many shortcomings in the course of browsing the major public library websites in our country. This article, combined with the actual work, expounds in different aspects the method of guaranteeing the timeliness of the “new book communication”.

本文对信贷扩张对商业银行信贷集中现象的影响进行模型与实证研究。将信贷扩张与信贷集中纳入同一个博弈分析框架中．探讨外生性信贷扩张如何影响商业银行信贷资源配置．刻画出信贷集中的内在利益驱动和外在约束。并借鉴应用于“收入不平等”研究的基尼系数，构建基于基尼系数的信贷集中风险度量模型．结合深圳市农业银行的实际信贷数据进行实证分析。研究结果表明，信贷扩张后的基尼系数高于信贷扩张前的基尼系数，即信贷扩张后的信贷集中程度高于信贷扩张前的信贷集中程度。
