对抗寒性不同的冬小麦品种,测定了部分生理指标。结果表明,抗寒品种的叶片含水量、自由水含量、渗出电解质百分率等,比下抗寒品种要低;而抗寒品种的束缚水、细胞质液浓度、束缚水/自由水比值等,比抗寒差的品种要高。抗寒品种元月份束缚水/自由水比值在1以上;有时达2以上;不抗寒品种始终低于1。据此,提出了束缚水/自由水比值作为鉴定冬小麦品种抗寒性定量指标的可能性。
The winter wheat cultivars with different cold tolerance were tested for some physiological indexes. The results showed that the leaf water content, free water content, percentage of exudative electrolyte in cold-resistant varieties were lower than those in cold-resistant varieties. However, the irreducible water, the concentration of cytoplasmic fluid, the bound water / free water ratio Cold hardiness varieties are higher. Accordingly, the bound water / free water ratio is proposed as a quantitative index to identify the cold resistance of winter wheat varieties.
