对97例双耳纯音听阈皆<26dB(HL)者进行ABR检查,波Ⅳ~Ⅴ波形出现9种变化,而影响了波Ⅳ、Ⅴ的潜伏期,波Ⅲ少数出现双峰。各波潜伏期男性比女性稍长,并随年龄的增长而有轻微延长,且随刺激强度的降低而延长;波间潜伏期男性比女性稍长,但不随年龄的增加而增加。因此,比较双耳波潜伏期差及波间潜伏期差时,除考虑Ⅳ~Ⅴ波形变化对潜伏期的影响之外,应考虑在相同的感觉级上作比较,蜗内性聋存在响度重振时,判断更应慎重。
ABR was performed on 97 patients with binaural tone thresholds <26dB (HL), and there were 9 changes in waveforms IV-Ⅴ, which affected the latency of waves Ⅳ and Ⅴ, and a few peaks appeared in wave Ⅲ. The latency of each wave was slightly longer than that of the female, and slightly prolonged with the increase of the age. The latency of the wave was longer than that of the female, but not increased with the increase of the age. Therefore, compared with the poor latency of the binaural wave and the difference between the wave latency, in addition to consider the Ⅳ ~ Ⅴ waveform changes on the latency, the same level of feeling should be considered for comparison, Judgment should be more cautious.
