基底节海绵状血管瘤的诊治进展

基底节海绵状血管瘤由于其位置特殊性及不同程度出血,诊治具有挑战性。磁共振是基底节海绵状血管瘤的主要检查措施,磁敏感加权成像序列对其诊断具有较高敏感性。正确选择手术适应证,制定个体化手术入路可以很小的残死率切除病灶,改善患者预后;术中神经电生理监测和神经导航技术有助于提高病灶全切除率,最大限度保护患者的神经功能。对于手术不可及或不能全切的病灶,放射治疗可作为一种治疗选择以期减少再次出血。 Cavernous hemangioma of the basal ganglia due to its special location and different degrees of bleeding, diagnosis and treatment is challenging. Magnetic resonance imaging is the main inspection method of cavernous hemangioma in basal ganglia. The sequence of magnetic susceptibility weighted imaging is highly sensitive to its diagnosis. The correct choice of surgical indications, the development of individualized surgical approach can be a small residual disease removal and improve prognosis; intraoperative electrophysiological monitoring and nerve navigation technology can help improve the total excision of the lesion, to maximize the protection of patients Nerve function. Radiotherapy can be used as a treatment option to reduce rebleeding for lesions that are not accessible or can not be completely resected.
