在碱性条件下合成出高溶解性和分散性的聚苯胺,探讨了不同反应条件下聚苯胺的电导率,并通过极化曲线研究了聚苯胺对A3钢防腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,当pH为12.18时,电导率可达到8.35×10-2S/cm;聚苯胺涂层能使钢铁自然腐蚀向正方向分别移动了58mV,而腐蚀电流密度则由10-6.5A/cm2降低到10-8.2A/cm2,提高了钢铁的防腐蚀性能。
Polyaniline with high solubility and dispersibility was synthesized under alkaline conditions. The conductivity of polyaniline was investigated under different reaction conditions. The effect of polyaniline on corrosion resistance of A3 steel was also studied by polarization curves. The results show that the conductivity can reach 8.35 × 10-2S / cm when the pH is 12.18. The polyaniline coating can make the natural corrosion of steel move by 58mV in the positive direction, while the corrosion current density decreases from 10-6.5A / cm2 Reduced to 10-8.2A / cm2, improve the corrosion resistance of steel.
