在3月30～31日召开的全国会计管理工作会议上,财政部部长助理李勇就2001年的会计管理工作谈了五点意见,具体要求如下: 一、深入贯彻《会计法》,认真抓好执法检查,大力整顿会计秩序。目前我国会计秩序确实存在一定的问题,一些企业资产严重不实,会计报表水分很大,这些违法的会计行为严重干扰了市场经济秩序。当前的首要任务,就是要加强监管。各级财政部门要将整顿会计秩序与贯彻落实《会计法》
At a meeting held on March 30-31 on the national accounting management conference, Li Yong, Assistant Minister of the Ministry of Finance, made five comments on the accounting administration in 2001 with the following specific requirements: I. Deeply implementing the Accounting Law and earnestly grasping Good law enforcement inspection, vigorously rectify the accounting order. At present, there are indeed some problems in China’s accounting system. Some enterprises have serious assets and the water in the accounting statements is very heavy. These illegal accounting behaviors have seriously disturbed the market economic order. The first priority now is to strengthen supervision. Financial departments at all levels should rectify the accounting order and implement the “Accounting Law”
