从水稻越富品种中分离到一株代表性的内生菌株YS19,经形态、生理生化特征鉴定为成团肠杆菌(Enterobacter agglomerans),TS19菌株DNA的G+C含量为55.1%,与成团泛菌(Pantoea agglomerans)模式菌JCM1236(ATCC27155)的DNA同源性为90.1%,因此将YS19菌株归为成团泛菌。而以16SrDNA基因序列为基础的系统发育分析表明,YS19与JCM1236的16SrDNA基因的同源性仅为93.9%,并且处在两个不同的进化分支,说明两者具有不同的起源,即成因泛菌具有很大的异源性。
A representative endophytic strain YS19 was isolated from richer rice varieties and identified as Enterobacter agglomerans by morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics. The G + C content of TS19 DNA was 55.1% The DNA homology of Pantoea agglomerans model strain JCM1236 (ATCC27155) was 90.1%, therefore, the strain YS19 was classified as Pantoea agglomerans. Phylogenetic analysis based on the 16S rDNA gene sequence showed that the homology of 16S rDNA gene of YS19 and JCM1236 was only 93.9%, and was located in two different evolutionary branches, indicating that they both have different origins, Has great heterogeneity.
