当前在军用和民用飞机复合材料结构设计方法中,主要设计变量是按确定量来处理的而忽略了它们的随机性,即确定性方法。实际上,飞机结构的安全性要受到很多因素的影响,其中一些主要影响因素具有明显的、不可忽视的随机特性。因此,更先进的设计思想是发展能综合考虑各种主要因素的随机性的结构设计方法,即结构概率分析与设计方法。概率设计方法已经逐渐成熟,并且开始用于复合材料结构设计。本文详细讨论了国外提出的6种主流的概率设计方法,总结了它们的分析流程以及优缺点。本文最后指出了复合材料结构概率设计研究中有待解决的问题,为进一步开展飞机复合材料结构的概率设计方法的研究提供了有益的建议。
At present, in the design method of composite structures for both military and civil aircraft, the main design variables are handled in definite quantities while ignoring their randomness, that is, deterministic methods. In fact, the safety of the aircraft structure is affected by many factors, some of which have obvious and can not be ignored random characteristics. Therefore, a more advanced design idea is to develop a stochastic structural design method that takes into account various major factors, namely, structural probability analysis and design methods. Probability design methods have matured and started to be used in composite structural design. This paper discusses in detail 6 kinds of probability design methods proposed by foreign countries, summarizes their analysis process as well as advantages and disadvantages. At the end of this paper, the problems to be solved in the design of composite structure probabilities are pointed out, which provide some suggestions for further research on the probabilistic design methods of aircraft composite structures.
