利用无血清培养的人早孕原代细胞滋养层细胞和人正常胎盘来源的细胞滋养层细胞系NPC为体外研究模型 ,研究了激活素A对细胞增殖和hCG及孕酮分泌的调节 .结果表明 ,激活素A促进原代细胞滋养层细胞hCG和孕酮分泌以及NPC细胞的孕酮分泌 ,而NPC细胞的hCG分泌不受其影响 ;细胞滋养层细胞的增殖不受这类激素的调节 .此项研究为证明激活素在早孕人胎盘中通过自分泌作用调节细胞激素分泌功能提供了重要依据 .
Using serum-free human primary human gestational trophoblast cells and human normal placenta-derived cytotrophoblast cell line NPC as an in vitro model, the effects of activin A on cell proliferation and hCG and progesterone secretion were investigated. Activin A promotes hCG and progesterone secretion from primary cytotrophoblast cells and progesterone secretion from NPC cells, whereas hCG secretion from NPC cells is unaffected by it; proliferation of cytotrophoblast cells is not regulated by these hormones. The study provides an important basis for demonstrating that activin regulates cytokine secretion by autocrine in the first trimester of human placenta.
