By observing and studying the use of mobile phones by 406 workers at this plant, this paper summarizes the significance of mobile phones to this group in the era of networking. A total of 430 questionnaires were distributed in Z Plant through random sampling. 406 valid questionnaires were obtained, and the questionnaire recovery rate was 94.4%. Most of the subjects of the survey came from rural areas in the province or the neighboring provinces.
