法律思维是运用法律逻辑来观察、分析和解决社会问题的一种思维方式,法律思维的培养需要较长的时间,法学本科教学中应当注重对学生法律思维的培养。我国现行本科教学模式在学生法律思维培养方面相对欠缺,通过对我国法学本科教学的缺陷进行探讨,提出通过增设实践课程、引入案例教学法等加强教学过程中对学生法律思维的培养,以提高学生应用知识解决实际问题的能力。
Legal thinking is a way of thinking that uses legal logic to observe, analyze and solve social problems. It takes a long time to cultivate legal thinking. Law undergraduate teaching should pay attention to the cultivation of students’ legal thinking. In our country, the current undergraduate teaching mode is relatively lacking in cultivating students’ legal thinking. By discussing the defects of undergraduate law teaching in our country, this paper puts forward that it is necessary to enhance students’ legal thinking through teaching practice, introducing case teaching and so on, so as to enhance students’ The ability to apply knowledge to solve practical problems.
