本文介绍了以工业废渣和石灰石、石膏为原料制取新型膨胀剂──无声炸药的生产工艺及在辽化油罐基础爆破中的应用情况。该新型膨胀剂具有高效、安全，节约材料费，不影响现场周围正常生产的特点，可广泛用于工民建爆破工程。
This article describes the industrial waste and limestone, gypsum as raw materials to obtain a new expansion agent ─ ─ silent explosives production process and the basic application of Liaohua tank blasting. The new expansion agent has high efficiency, safety, material cost savings, does not affect the normal production around the site characteristics, can be widely used in Gongminjian blasting project.
