人们生活水平不断提高,外出旅游成为大众休闲娱乐的主要方式,旅游行业得到了快速的发展。当前旅游行业对高素质的旅游专业人才需求较大,但行业人才流失率也较高。旅游专业新生的专业选择动机与行业忠诚度之间具有紧密的联系,新生专业选择动机可以分为很多不同的种类,分别对其行业忠诚度产生影响。本文将在我国旅游行业职业忠诚度的现状基础上,对高职旅游专业新生专业选择动机与行业忠诚度之间的关系进行研究。 People’s living standards continue to improve, travel has become the public leisure and entertainment the main way, the tourism industry has been rapid development. At present, the tourism industry is in high demand for qualified tourism professionals, but the rate of brain drain in the industry is also high. The professional choice motivation of tourism freshmen is closely linked with industry loyalty. The motivation of freshmen professional selection can be divided into many different kinds, which affect their industry loyalty respectively. Based on the current situation of occupational loyalty in tourism industry in our country, this paper studies the relationship between the motivation of career selection of freshmen majoring in tourism and industry loyalty in higher vocational education.
