本文主要介绍电子束预辐照聚乙烯料接枝丙烯酸以提高聚乙烯粘接力的研究结果。测定了产物的熔融指数、凝胶含量、表面张力及聚乙烯/铝箔热熔粘接力与辐照剂量、丙烯酸加入量的关系。经接枝改性的聚乙烯与铝箔热熔粘接的180°剥离强度可达2.45N/2.5cm,适用于食品包装复合膜。本文还深讨了接枝改性的可能机理。提出了“H”型和“T”型接枝的概念。
This paper mainly introduces the research results of electron beam pre-irradiated polyethylene material grafted acrylic to improve the adhesion of polyethylene. The melt index, gel content, surface tension and the relationship between the hot melt adhesive force of polyethylene / aluminum foil and the irradiation dose and the amount of acrylic acid were measured. After the graft modified polyethylene and aluminum foil hot-melt adhesive 180 ° peel strength of up to 2.45N / 2.5cm, suitable for food packaging composite film.
