中间坯实测温度不可信、薄规格带钢头颈部温度偏低以及板坯加热过程产生水印等因素对热轧终轧温度控制有严重影响,对这些典型常见问题进行分析,并提出相应的优化控制方法,包括中间坯全长温度分段预测、带钢热头制度以及对水印区跟踪控制。实践表明,这些方法能针对性地改善带钢的终轧温度控制精度。
