研究了烟叶成熟衰老过程中光合电子传递和有关光合酶活性的变化规律。结果表明 ,随着烟叶的成熟衰老 ,烟叶的光系统Ⅰ (PSⅠ )、光系统Ⅱ (PSⅡ )及全电子传递活性、RuBP羧化酶 (RuBPCase)和碳酸酐酶 (CA)活性均呈下降趋势 ,其中PSⅡ电子传递活性和RuBPCase初始活性在打顶后下降迅速。表明烟叶在成熟衰老过程中 ,光合速率急剧下降、光合作用活性减弱与其内部光合机构和光合酶变化密切相关
The changes of photosynthetic electron transport and photosynthetic enzyme activity in the process of maturity and senescence of tobacco were studied. The results showed that the activities of PS Ⅰ, PS Ⅱ and total electron transfer activity, RuBP carboxylase (RuBPase) and carbonic anhydrase (CA) in tobacco leaves decreased with the maturation and aging of tobacco leaves , In which PS Ⅱ electron transport activity and RuBPCase initial activity decreased rapidly after topping. The results showed that during the process of maturation and senescence, the photosynthetic rate decreased sharply and the photosynthesis activity weakened closely related to the changes of photosynthetic organs and photosynthetic enzymes
