目的观察亲子鉴定常用STR基因座的三带型现象,分析探讨其特点。方法分析11985例亲子鉴定(含29111个个体)的STR分型数据,筛选三带型事件,统计三带型的频率并分析三带型的特点。结果三带型的检出总频率为0.0721%(21/29111),其中D21S11检出率最高,为0.0172%(5/29111);D18S51检出率为0.0137%(4/29111);FGA检出率为0.0103%(3/29111)。Type1三带型携带者随机传递一个等位基因给子代,Type2携带者可遗传两个等位基因给子代。结论三带型结果较少见,判读须慎重。
Objective To observe the three-band phenomenon of STR loci commonly used in paternity testing and to analyze its characteristics. Methods STR typing data of 11985 paternity tests (including 29111 individuals) were analyzed. The three-band events were screened out. The frequency of three-band type was analyzed and the characteristics of the three-band type were analyzed. Results The detection rate of the three bands was 0.0721% (21/29111), of which D17S11 had the highest detection rate of 0.0172% (5/29111), the detection rate of D18S51 was 0.0137% (4/29111) The rate was 0.0103% (3/29111). Type1 carriers carry one allele randomly to offspring, while Type2 carriers can inherit two alleles to offspring. Conclusion The results of the three-band type are rare, and the interpretation must be cautious.
