为评价流行性出血热(EHF)疫苗接种对机体细胞免疫功能的影响,作者初步探讨了疫苗免疫小鼠脾细胞增殖及产生白细胞介素-2(IL-2)的能力,结果表明:疫苗免疫小鼠脾细胞对刀豆素A(ConA)的增殖指数为101.17±33.72,正常对照小鼠为79.85±20.60,·免疫组显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),疫苗免疫组对流行性出血热病毒(EHFv)抗原的增殖指数为3.83±2.09,显著高于正常对照组(0.75±0.34,P<0.01).两组小鼠脾细胞在ConA诱导下产生IL-2的活性则免疫组显著高于对照组(P<0.01),上述结果表明,灭活疫苗接种可提高小鼠淋巴细胞增殖能力,且对病毒抗原的刺激产生明显的IL-2反应.
