目的观察某型氧烛供氧装置在海拔4 500 m的高原低氧作业环境条件下的使用效果,探讨其对人体作业能力的影响。方法在海拔4 500 m高原作业环境条件下,将18~20周岁的受试人员分成试验组和对照组,每组20人。试验组通过某型氧烛供氧装置吸氧1 h,对照组不吸氧,采用动态连续血氧饱和度测试仪监测各受试人员的血氧饱和度与心率的变化,并进行对比分析。结果试验组和对照组受试人员吸氧与不吸氧时血氧饱和度分别为93%±3%和80%±3%,心率分别为(82±10)和(100±12)次/min。结论该型供氧装置在高原作业环境中供氧效果显著,有利于提高作业人员的血氧饱和度,减慢作业人员心率,对维持作业人员的作业能力有效。
Objective To observe the effect of a certain oxygen candle oxygen supply device under the plateau hypoxia operating environment at an elevation of 4 500 m and to explore its effect on the human working ability. Methods Subjects aged 18-20 years old were divided into experimental group and control group at the altitude of 4 500 m plateau working environment, with 20 in each group. The experimental group through a type of oxygen oxygen oxygen device for 1 h, the control group does not absorb oxygen, using continuous oxygen saturation tester to monitor the oxygen saturation and heart rate changes of each subject, and comparative analysis. Results Oxygen saturation and oxygen saturation were 93% ± 3% and 80% ± 3% in the test subjects and control subjects, respectively. The heart rates were (82 ± 10) and (100 ± 12) times / min. Conclusion This type of oxygen supply device has significant oxygen supply effect in high altitude operation environment, which is beneficial to improve the oxygen saturation of workers and slow down the heart rate of workers, which is effective to maintain the working ability of workers.
