本文提出一种稳定的模拟光波导中波传播的显式时域方法,该方法以Dufort-Frankel法和变量代换法为基础,采用了显式的差分方法,计算快速,节省内存,行之有效;应用该方法在光波导中将500fs的光脉冲传播2mm,得出了光脉冲的瞬态值及波导参数对脉冲的影响情况。
In this paper, an explicit time-domain method for simulating wave propagation in optical waveguides is proposed. Based on the Dufort-Frankel method and variable substitution method, an explicit differential method is adopted to calculate fast and save memory. This method is used to propagate the optical pulses of 500fs in the optical waveguide by 2mm. The transient values of the optical pulses and the influence of the waveguide parameters on the pulses are obtained.
