地下室是房屋重要的组成部分,地下室防水工程质量的好坏直接影响建筑物的使用功能及住户的生活质量。随着地下空间的开发利用日益广泛,地下室防水的重要性也日益凸显。由于传统的改性沥青(SBS)防水材料存在着许多的弊端,使得地下室裂缝漏水的现象难以得到控制,不能及时有效地解决地下室的漏水问题,因此使用新型防水材料应用于地下室防水是非常有必要的。在众多防水材料当中,聚乙烯丙纶复合防水卷材以其防水性能优良、无毒、无味、抗拉强度大、抗渗能力强、耐冻、耐腐蚀、易粘贴、柔性好、重量轻、施工操作简便、不动火、不用油、施工无噪音等众多优点在工业及民用建筑的地下室防渗、防潮工程中得到大量应用,并取得非常好的效果。本文通过聚乙烯丙纶复合防水卷材的特点及施工工艺论述了聚乙烯丙纶在地下室防水当中的应用。

This paper discusses the application of polyethylene polypropylene in basement waterproofing by the characteristics and construction technology of polyethylene polypropylene waterproofing membrane.
