目的:比较分析不同月龄段大鼠胃机械—电活动变化及胃肠粘膜、脑组织中GAS、MTL、VIP水平。方法:用Maclab数据分析系统,描记不同月龄组大鼠胃内压力曲线及胃平滑肌可传导电刺激阈值。用放射免疫法测定胃肠粘膜及脑组织中GAS、MTL、VIP水平。结果:老龄组胃内张力及收缩波幅下降,电刺激阈值明显升高,胃肠粘膜中激素水平变化不大,脑组织中主要表现为下降趋势。结论:老化过程中胃运动功能及脑组织中胃肠激素水平均明显下降。
OBJECTIVE: To comparatively analyze the changes of gastric mechanical-electrical activities and the levels of GAS, MTL and VIP in gastrointestinal mucosa and brain of rats of different ages. METHODS: Maclab data analysis system was used to characterize the gastric pressure curve and the threshold of gastric electrical stimulation in rats of different age groups. The levels of GAS, MTL and VIP in gastrointestinal mucosa and brain tissue were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results: In the aged group, the gastric tension and contractile amplitude decreased, the threshold of electrical stimulation was significantly increased, the level of hormone in gastrointestinal mucosa changed little, and the main trend in brain tissue was declining. Conclusion: The gastric motor function and the levels of gastrointestinal hormones in brain tissue during aging are obviously decreased.
