吉布洛水电站的设计根据水文、地形地质特点,结合施工导流要求提出了合适的首部枢纽布置方案;解决了径流式水电站所特有的浅式进水口防沙、防污、易产生吸气性漏斗漩涡的技术难题;对调压井的设计进行了创新与尝试,创造性地解决了电站甩负荷时,产生的最高涌浪问题,改善了机组运行条件,同时解决了高调压井引起的结构难题。
The design of JiBoLo hydropower station is based on hydrology, topography and geology characteristics, combined with the construction diversion requirements put forward the appropriate layout of the first hub; solve the radial inlet unique to run-of-river hydropower station sand, pollution prevention, easy to produce aspiration Funnel vortex technical problems; the surge tank design innovation and attempt to creatively solve the power plant load rejection, the highest surge problem, improve the unit operating conditions, while addressing the structure caused by high-pressure well problem.
