首次报道了纳米YPO4Pr3+粉末材料的化学制备方法和光谱特性,结构分析证实共沉淀法制得的样品为粒径20nm的纳米微晶.对激发Pr3+离子3P0能级下的光谱性能进行了测量,同在体材料中一样,得到了来自较高能级3P1强发射.研究表明这是由不同Pr3+间有效的{1D2×3H6→3P1×3H4}交叉弛豫能量传递造成的
The chemical preparation method and spectral characteristics of nano-YPO4Pr3 + powder materials were reported for the first time. The structural analysis confirmed that the nano-crystallites with particle size of 20nm were obtained by co-precipitation method. Spectral performance at excitation 3P0 levels of Pr3 + ions was measured, as well as in bulk materials, with a strong emission from the higher energy level 3P1. Studies have shown that this is caused by the effective energy transfer between different Pr3 + {1D2 × 3H6 → 3P1 × 3H4} cross-relaxation energy transfer
