组织曾得到一个可怕的别称——“组织人”。“组织人”是合乎需要的木头人,不能有独创的思想和行为,只能按社团的态度行动。有关企业管理的第一本通俗畅销书《组织之上》的成功在很大程度上应归因于汤森(R.Townsend)的引起嘲笑的书名。
Organizations have been a terrible nickname - “Organizer.” “Organizing people” is a desirable wood, can not have original ideas and behavior, can only act according to the community. The success of the first popular bestseller, Organizational Top, on business management, owed much to R.Townsend’s ridiculous title.
