被誉为项目管理中的关键链项目管理——约束理论,它主张采用系统的理论与观点进行项目管理,但不同于过往的是,关键链自此成为管理项目的重点。约束理论的减少延误主要是通过对缓冲区的管理并因此提高了项目的执行效率,减少了项目经费的支出,解决了许多由传统的项目管理方法而不能解决的问题。并且在此基础上,详细全面的对我们阐述了关键链项目管理缓冲区常用的计算方法与计算公式,并且提出来了一种新的管理方式。经过长期的实验与验证,新的管理方法是一种有效的缓冲区的计算方法,在一定程度上会超越前一个旧的管理方法。
Known as the key chain project management - constraint theory in project management, it advocates the systematic management of the project with theory and viewpoint. The delay in the reduction of constraint theory is mainly through the management of the buffer zone and thus the efficiency of the project, reducing the project expenditure and solving many problems that can not be solved by traditional project management methods. And on this basis, a detailed and comprehensive description of the key chain project management buffer commonly used calculation methods and calculation formulas, and proposed a new management approach. After a long period of experiment and verification, the new management method is an effective method of calculating the buffer zone, to a certain extent, will go beyond the old one.
