古往今来,一些善于养生的文人墨客,在养生中学会知足、感悟知足、崇尚知足,常把养生之道寓于“知足”诗中。这些“知足”诗对养生大有裨益,成为后人养生的一笔宝贵财富。清人胡澹庵所编《解人颐》一书中有一首《知足歌》“:人生尽受福,人苦不知足。思量事劳苦,闲着便是福。思量疾厄运,无病便是福。思量患难苦,平安便是福。思量死去苦,活着便是福。也不必堆金积玉,也不必高官
