The causes of banana wilt disease in some areas of Guangxi were summarized. The reasons for the spread of banana wilt disease in Guangxi were analyzed, and the trend of its occurrence in the future was analyzed. The prevention and control ideas of government-led, quarantine, group prevention and control, and long-term governance were put forward.
