目的通过记录和分析心率变异性(HRV)的时域和频域指标,探讨特质焦虑者的自主神经功能特点。方法根据特质焦虑量表将100名被试分为高、低特质焦虑组;通过记录两组被试在安静状态下的脉搏血容积(BVP),采集HRV的时域和频域数据并分析比较。结果①高特质焦虑组的时域指标rMSSD、PNN50均低于低特质焦虑组(t=-3.041,-3.626;P<0.01),时域指标SDNN边缘低于低特质焦虑组(t=-1.824,P=0.074);②高特质焦虑组频域指标中HF值显著低于低特质焦虑组(t=-2.710,P<0.01),LF/HF显著高于低特质焦虑组(t=3.395,P<0.01),但LH值与低特质焦虑组差异不显著(t=0.763,P>0.05)。结论特质焦虑者的交感与副交感神经活动失衡,以迷走神经活动下降为主,并伴随一定程度的交感神经功能增高。
Objective To explore the autonomic nervous system features of trait anxiety patients by recording and analyzing the time-domain and frequency-domain indexes of heart rate variability (HRV). Methods According to trait anxiety scale, 100 subjects were divided into high and low trait anxiety group. By recording the pulse volume (BVP) of two groups in quiet state, the HRV time and frequency domain data were collected and compared . Results ① The time domain indices rMSSD and PNN50 of high quality anxiety group were lower than those of low quality anxiety group (t = -3.041, -3.626; P <0.01), and the edge of SDNN was lower than low quality anxiety group (t = -1.824 (T = -2.710, P <0.01); LF / HF was significantly higher than that of low-trait anxiety group (t = 3.395, P <0.01), but there was no significant difference between LH group and low trait anxiety group (t = 0.763, P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Trait and parasympathetic activities of trait anxiety patients are unbalanced, and vagus nerve activity is mainly decreased with the increase of sympathetic nerve function to some extent.
