陈春雷撰文《我国实体经济发展存在的问题及应对策略》指出,实体经济作为我国社会发展的基础,直接关系到市场经济的稳定运行和实体企业的良好发展。目前,我国处于经济结构改革的关键时期,实体经济的稳定发展对于维护经济秩序具有十分重要的意义。鉴于此,促进我国实体经济的可持续发展应做到:(一)拓宽企业发展空间。政府拓展民间资本的投资渠道,使其向实体经济聚集。(二)减轻企业税费负担。实体经济存在 Chen Chunlei’s article “Problems in the Development of Real Economy in our Country and Countermeasures” pointed out that the real economy, as the basis of our social development, has a direct bearing on the stable operation of market economy and the sound development of substantive enterprises.
