目的对大庆油田某金属防腐厂技术改造项目生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素危害程度及控制效果进行评价。方法根据卫生学调查和现场检测结果,依据相关标准和规范对该企业技术改造项目职业病危害控制效果进行评价。结果该项目生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素短时间接触浓度苯<0.6 mg/m~3,甲苯3.4~13.8mg/m~3,二甲苯5.8~26.2 mg/m~3;时间加权平均浓度苯<0.6 mg/m~3,甲苯1.6~6.5 mg/m~3,二甲苯2.9~10.2 mg/m~3,丁醇4.8~14.7 mg/m~3;均符合国家卫生标准。结论该项目生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素符合国家职业卫生标准限值的要求,产生的职业病危害因素是可防可控的,所采取的职业病防护措施有效。
Objective To evaluate the harm degree and control effect of occupational disease hazards in the process of technological transformation of a metal anticorrosive plant in Daqing Oilfield. Methods According to the results of hygiene investigation and on-site test, according to the relevant standards and norms, the control effect of occupational hazards in the technological transformation project of the enterprise was evaluated. Results The hazard factors of occupational diseases in this project were exposed to short-term exposure to benzene <0.6 mg / m 3, toluene 3.4-13.8 mg / m 3, xylene 5.8-26.2 mg / m 3, time-weighted mean concentration of benzene <0.6 mg / m 3, 1.6-6.5 mg / m 3 for toluene, 2.9-10.2 mg / m 3 for xylene and 4.8-14.7 mg / m 3 for butanol, all of which meet the national sanitary standards. Conclusion The occupational hazards in the process of production are in line with the requirements of national occupational health standards. The occupational hazards that are produced are preventable and controllable, and the occupational disease protection measures adopted are effective.
