以我国北方的主要牧草苜蓿、沙打旺、草木樨、三叶草、小冠花、燕麦草等96个品种为材料,用60Co-γ射线照射干种子,研究其辐射敏感性及适宜剂量。结果表明,出苗率随照射剂量的增加而降低,它们之间呈负相关;依据半致死剂量,将牧草划分为辐射敏感型、中间型和迟钝型
Ninety-six cultivars including alfalfa, Astragalus adsurgens, shrubs, clover, cloverleaf and oat grass were used as raw materials in the northern part of our country. The seeds were irradiated with 60Co-γ ray to study their radiation sensitivity and appropriate dosage. The results showed that the emergence rate decreased with the increase of irradiation dose, and there was a negative correlation between them.
