21例男性不育症患者的生殖细胞和外周血淋巴细胞的染色体分析表明,10例患者的精子发生过程阻滞在精原细胞或初级精母细胞阶段;3例患者的减数分裂中期Ⅰ出现多价体和单价体;在2例射线引起不育的患者中减数分裂中期Ⅰ畸变细胞率明显增高,其中的1例体细胞染色体畸变率高达16.0%。有6例仅作了精液标本分析,未能作出明确的诊断。
Chromosomal analysis of germ cells and peripheral blood lymphocytes in 21 male infertile patients showed that spermatogenesis in 10 patients was arrested in spermatogonia or primary spermatocyte stage; metaphase Ⅰ in 3 patients Multivalent and monovalent. In the two cases of radiation-induced infertility, the rate of metaphase Ⅰ aberrant cells was significantly increased, of which 1 case of somatic chromosome aberration rate as high as 16.0%. Six cases were only for semen analysis, failed to make a clear diagnosis.
