为了选育乐昌含笑Michelia chapensis优良家系,对2次乐昌含笑优树子代多点测定试验的6~7年生林分测定数据作统计分析。结果表明:生长性状、形质性状的家系间存在极显著差异(P<0.01),用材型和园林绿化型家系选择将是有效可行的。相关分析表明:生长性状间、大多数形质性状间、生长性状与大多数形质性状间的表型相关和遗传相关呈显著(P<0.05)或极显著正相关(P<0.01);生长及形质性状家系遗传力属于中等或中等偏上水平,其中形质性状的家系遗传力在不同试验批次间波动较大。生长性状的选择效果在不同入选率情况下遗传增益值差别很大,以材积增益最大;采用主成分分析法及Francis-Kannanbery模型分析法作用材型、园林绿化型优良家系选择,综合评选出用材型优良家系4个,材积增益为11.73%~29.84%,园林绿化型优良家系3个,其树干通直度较好,冠幅较大,园林绿化效果好。
In order to select a good family of Michelia chapensis, we measured the measured data of 6 ~ 7-year-old stands in 2 multilevel test of Leymus chinensis. Using principal component analysis and Francis-Kannanbery model analysis, the selection of elite pedigree and gardening-type elite families were comprehensively selected 4 excellent families and 11.73% ~ 29.84% of their volume gains, and 3 excellent families of landscaping type. The trunk straightness is better, the crown width is larger, and the landscaping effect is better.
