高速加工技术能极大地提高生产率和降低生产成本,是21 世纪最有发展前途的先进制造技术之一。电主轴是实现机床高速化的核心部件,本文结合高速铣削用大功率电主轴开发课题,详细分析了高速主轴技术的现状、存在问题及解决方法。
High-speed machining technology can greatly improve productivity and reduce production costs, is one of the most promising advanced manufacturing technologies in the 21st century. The spindle is the key component to realize the high speed of the machine tool. In this paper, the development of high power spindle with high speed milling is analyzed in detail. The status quo, problems and solutions of high speed spindle technology are analyzed in detail.
