汛期集中降雨作为诱发地质灾害的关键因素,近年来已引起了政府部门的高度重视,相关科研单位亦对汛期地质灾害成因机理及防灾减灾方面开展了研究。本文根据笔者多年实践资料的整理,结合大气降水引起的地质作用分析,探讨了大气降水激发的滑坡、崩塌、泥石流及地面塌陷等地质灾害的特征,分析了其形成机理,同时提出了相应的防治对策,可为城镇汛期地质灾害防治工作的开展提供指导作用。
Concentrated rainfall in flood season as a key factor inducing geological disasters has drawn great attention from government departments in recent years. Relevant scientific research units have also carried out researches on the genesis mechanism and disaster prevention and mitigation of geological disasters in flood season. Based on the analysis of author’s years of practical data and the analysis of the geological effects caused by the precipitation, the characteristics of geological hazards such as landslides, landslides, debris flows and ground subsidence induced by atmospheric precipitation are discussed. The formation mechanism is also analyzed. At the same time, Countermeasures, can provide guidance for the prevention and treatment of geological disasters in urban flood season to provide guidance.
