目的检测结核性胸膜炎患者血清中白细胞介素-2受体(IL-2R)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、降钙素原(PCT)浓度的变化,探讨三者与结核性胸膜炎临床表现的相互关系及其临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验对50例结核性胸膜炎患者(实验组)治疗前后以及40例健康体检者(对照组)血清IL-2R、TNF-α和PCT浓度进行检测。结果结核性胸膜炎患者血清中IL-2R、TNF-α和PCT浓度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后恢复期三者浓度明显下降,但仍高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 IL-2R、TNF-α和PCT在结核性胸膜炎的发生和发展过程中起重要作用,可以作为诊断结核性胸膜炎的重要依据之一,对结核性胸膜炎的临床治疗和预后也有一定临床实用价值。
Objective To detect the changes of serum interleukin-2 receptor (IL-2R), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and procalcitonin (PCT) in patients with tuberculous pleurisy and explore the relationship between them and tuberculous pleurisy Clinical manifestations of the interrelationship and its clinical significance. Methods Serum levels of IL-2R, TNF-α and PCT in 50 cases of tuberculous pleurisy patients (experimental group) and 40 healthy controls (control group) were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results Serum levels of IL-2R, TNF-α and PCT were significantly higher in patients with tuberculous pleurisy than those in the control group (P <0.01). After treatment, the concentrations of IL-2R, TNF- , The difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusions IL-2R, TNF-α and PCT play an important role in the pathogenesis and development of tuberculous pleurisy, which can be used as one of the important bases for the diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy. The clinical treatment and prognosis of tuberculous pleurisy also have some clinical practical value .
