目的分析广西某乡镇小学一起由非典型肠致病性大肠杆菌(aEPEC)引起小学生食物中毒突发公共卫生事件的原因,为今后该类事件的防治和处理提供参考。方法及时开展对事件发生的学校进行现场卫生学、流行病学调查和患者治疗,同时采集现场食物样品及患者和学校食堂员工生物样品进行病源学检测。结果该校有26名小学生晚餐后最短2小时后,最长19小时后出现不同程度的腹痛和腹泻症状,采集腹泻频率较多的6份小学生及8份食堂员工肛拭子送检。经荧光PCR检测其中3份学生及1份食堂员工肛拭子样品非典型性肠致病性大肠杆菌(a EPEC)核酸阳性。结论一起由该校一名食堂员工携带a EPEC病菌造成食物污染导致26名小学生感染发病的突发公共卫生事件,经及时处理疫情得到有效控制。
Objective To analyze the causes of public health emergencies caused by atypical enteric pathogenic Escherichia coli (aEPEC) in a township primary school in Guangxi and to provide reference for future prevention and treatment of such incidents. Methods In-situ hygienics, epidemiological investigation and patient treatment were carried out on the schools that took place in time. At the same time, on-site food samples and biological samples from patients and school canteens were collected for etiological detection. Results The school had 26 pupils after dinner for a minimum of 2 hours after the longest 19 hours after the emergence of varying degrees of abdominal pain and diarrhea symptoms were collected more frequent diarrhea 6 pupils and 8 canteens staff anal swab submission. Three of the students and one canteen of the rectal swab samples were detected by fluorescence PCR and were positive for atypical enteric pathogenic E. coli (a EPEC). Conclusions A sudden public health incident involving the infection of 26 pupils with food caused by EPEC pathogens was carried by a staff member of a canteen in the school. The outbreak was effectively controlled after timely treatment.
