2009年4月25日,世界卫生组织(WHO)首次公布了墨西哥与美国发生甲型H1N1流感(甲流)疫情,甲流疫情快速蔓延,6月11日WHO已宣布全球进入流感大流行阶段,这是全世界关注的突发公共卫生事件[1]。中国传染病防治法将甲流定为乙类传染病按甲类传染病管理。虽然WHO宣布目前甲流大流行阶段基本结束,但学校人口密集,一旦有传染病易爆发流行,学校仍是今后传染病防控的重点。为切实做好学校传染病预防控制,现将某高校甲流防控的经验和存在问题总结分析如下。
On April 25, 2009, the World Health Organization (WHO) first announced the outbreak of Influenza A (H1N1) in Mexico and the United States. Influenza A spread rapidly. On June 11, WHO announced that it has entered the global influenza pandemic phase, This is a public health emergency of concern worldwide [1]. China’s communicable disease prevention and control law will be a class B infectious diseases by Class A infectious disease management. Although the WHO announced that the current stage of the pandemic influenza A is basically over, the school is populated. Once the epidemic of infectious diseases is prevalent, the school will still be the focal point for prevention and control of infectious diseases in the future. In order to effectively do a good job in prevention and control of infectious diseases in schools, the paper summarizes the experience and existing problems of A prevention and control in a university.
