目的:评价白细胞和癌细胞体外药敏相关性,并在卵巢恶性肿瘤、宫颈癌中进行临床疗效观察。方法:用MTT法体外药敏试验检测卵巢恶性肿瘤、宫颈癌的癌细胞、白细胞对10种常用化疗药物的敏感性。结果:卵巢恶性肿瘤的白细胞和癌细胞药敏相关性好,无统计学差异;宫颈癌的白细胞在DDP等六种药物的敏感率和阳性率非常显著低于癌细胞(P<005~001)。卵巢恶性肿瘤、宫颈癌病人化疗时尽量选择癌细胞敏感、白细胞不敏感的药物化疗,其有效率与单用癌细胞敏感的药物化疗结果一样好,但前者化疗后白细胞下降程度明显低于后者,(P<005~001)。结论:白细胞、癌细胞药敏结果为卵巢恶性肿瘤、宫颈癌病人化疗提供了理想的参考方案
Objective: To evaluate the drug susceptibility of leucocytes and cancer cells in vitro, and to observe the clinical efficacy in ovarian cancer and cervical cancer. Methods: MTT assay was used to detect the sensitivity of ovarian cancer, cervical cancer cells and leukocytes to 10 commonly used chemotherapeutic drugs. Results: The sensitivity of leukemia cells to cancer cells in ovarian cancer was good and there was no significant difference between the two groups. The sensitivity and positive rate of leukocytes in DDP and other drugs were significantly lower than those in cancer cells (P <005 ~ 0 01). Ovarian cancer, cervical cancer patients try to choose cancer chemotherapy sensitive, leukocyte-free drug chemotherapy, the efficiency of chemotherapy alone with cancer cells sensitive to the results as good, but the former chemotherapy was significantly lower than the latter leukopenia , (P <005 ~ 001). Conclusion: The sensitivity results of white blood cells and cancer cells are ovarian malignant tumors and chemotherapy for cervical cancer patients provide an ideal reference solution
