随着汽车废气排放法规的日益严格,燃气汽车的应用越来越广, CNG双燃料轿车也应运而生。 CNG钢瓶一般是安装在行李箱中的,如果钢瓶固定的不合理或在碰撞事故中接口开裂,会对乘员安全造成威胁,因此研究钢瓶装置在追尾碰撞时的碰撞特性也就十分重要。本文在已验证的某国产轿车的有限元模型的基础上,利用 UGII、 I- deas等软件建立钢瓶及其固定装置的有限元模型,并使用 Pam- Crash进行整车后部碰撞模拟计算。
With the increasingly stringent vehicle exhaust regulations, the application of gas vehicles more and more widely, CNG dual-fuel car also came into being. CNG cylinders are usually installed in the trunk. If the cylinder is unreasonable or the interface is cracked during the collision, the safety of the crew will be threatened. Therefore, it is also very important to study the collision characteristics of the cylinder during the rear-end collision. Based on the finite element model of a domestic car that has been verified, the finite element model of the cylinder and its fixing device is established by UGII software and I-deas software, and the rear-end collision simulation of the vehicle is simulated by Pam-Crash.
